MICHELIN Connected Fleet Launch At BTS25

Michelin will use the occasion of next week’s Brisbane Truck Show to launch MICHELIN Connected Fleet into Australia – bringing together all the fleet management services and solutions of the Michelin Group under one umbrella.

The event will see MICHELIN Connected Fleet showcase its connected solutions for all fleet types on a shared stand at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), alongside a range of products from Michelin Tyres.

Fleet managers will have the opportunity to experience first-hand how these advanced solutions use smart data insights and action plans with personalised performance analysis services to help fleets improve day-to-day performance. This in turn makes operations more cost-effective, safer, predictable and sustainable.

Speaking about the upcoming launch, Franck Estoquié, Country Manager for MICHELIN Connected Fleet Australia, pictured above right, says: “Our mission is to empower Australian fleet managers with advanced data-driven insights that improve decision-making, reduce costs and enhance fleet performance.

“Our global expertise and local market understanding will allow us to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique demands of the Australian road transport sector.”

MICHELIN Connected Fleet already supports 70,000 customers worldwide, operating 600,000 vehicles across 48 countries. Its solutions leverage smart data from 300 million journeys annually, integrating Masternaut in Europe, NexTraq in North America and Sascar in South America.

MICHELIN Connected Fleet has been building towards a full roll-out into the Australian market for the past two years, after initially focusing on HGV fleet management for businesses with 50 or more vehicles.

Now, with this expansion, MICHELIN Connected Fleet will be able to offer Australian transport operators real-time fleet tracking for trucks, trailers and cargo; driver behaviour analysis to enhance road safety; fuel and cost optimisation to improve efficiency; live tyre pressure monitoring and alerts; together with live brake and bearing temperature monitoring and alerts.

Reinforcing the company’s commitment to leveraging data for smarter operations, Sophie Foucque, CEO of MICHELIN Connected Fleet, explains: “As vehicle technology evolves, the ability to transform fleet data into actionable insights is a game-changer. MICHELIN Connected Fleet combines cutting-edge analytics with expert support to help businesses increase efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance safety.”

With its Brisbane Truck Show debut, MICHELIN Connected Fleet is inviting fleet managers and business owners to discover how data-driven solutions can redefine their operations.
